Will the serum make my eyes or eyelids darker?

No. Our lash serum is prostaglandin-free, meaning it does not contain the ingredients commonly associated with side effects such as darkening of the eyelids or changes in eye colour.

Our formula is designed to support the appearance of longer, fuller-looking lashes without the use of prostaglandin analogues. As with any cosmetic product, individual experiences may vary. If you experience any irritation or unexpected reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Will it burn my eyes?

No, our lash serum is not designed to burn or sting when applied as directed. Our formula is carefully developed for use along the lash line and is prostaglandin-free.

However, if the serum accidentally gets into your eyes, you may experience mild, temporary irritation such as watering or slight discomfort. If this occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water and discontinue use if irritation persists.

Is it better to use in the morning or at night?

For best results, apply the serum twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.

If you prefer to apply it only once a day, we recommend using it at night. This allows the serum to remain undisturbed on the lash line for longer, without interference from makeup, skincare products, or daily activities.

Can I use mascara?

Yes. You can continue to wear mascara while using the serum.

Simply allow the serum to dry and fully absorb before applying mascara or any other eye makeup. For best results, apply the serum to clean lashes and follow your normal makeup routine once it has settled.

How long until I see results?

Many customers begin noticing visible improvements in the appearance of their lashes within 14 days of consistent use. For optimal results, we recommend applying the serum twice daily and continuing use for at least 6–8 weeks, as individual results may vary.
